Digital gifts are delivered by email after checkout. Postal cards are dispatched by Royal Mail within 5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?
Physical Gifts for the Wild cards and other postal products can currently only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Customers outside the UK can still purchase our digital gift options, which are available worldwide and delivered electronically.
How much is delivery?
A flat delivery fee of £3 per order applies to all orders containing physical products delivered within the UK.
There is no delivery charge for digital gifts or downloads.
When will I receive my order?
Physical cards and other postal products are dispatched within five working days of receiving your order and are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post.
Digital gifts are delivered by email after checkout. Please also check your junk or spam folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes. You can send a Gift for the Wild directly to your chosen recipient.
For physical gifts, enter the recipient’s delivery address on the product page. The card and envelope will be sent to them by Royal Mail Second Class post within five working days.
For digital gifts, enter the recipient details requested when placing your order. The digital gift will then be delivered electronically.
