Shipping policy

We currently deliver physical gifts to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

A flat shipping fee of £3 per order applies to all orders containing a physical item, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Physical orders are usually dispatched within 1 day and delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or circumstances outside our control.

Please check that the recipient’s name and delivery address are correct before completing your order. Pelorus Foundation cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

Digital Gifts and Downloads

Digital gifts and downloads do not incur a shipping charge and can be purchased from anywhere in the world.

No physical item will be posted for a digital product. The digital gift or download will be delivered electronically using the email address provided during the purchase process.

Please ensure that the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. We recommend checking spam or junk folders if the digital gift does not appear in the recipient’s inbox.

Orders Containing Physical and Digital Products

When an order contains both a physical item and a digital product, the £3 UK shipping fee will apply to the physical part of the order. The digital product will be delivered electronically at no additional charge.
